We only collect information with your consent. Some information we collect is for the purpose of meeting government requirements. Reports to government contain only de-identified data. We are open and transparent about the way in which your information is held and used.

As a client or family member, you have the option to have your information recorded under a pseudonym.

We seek your assistance in keeping your information accurate, up-to-date, complete and relevant.

We employ high standards of IT security to prevent unauthorised access, misuse or loss of your information.


Disclosure of your information

Within the organisation
Sharing your information between staff occurs only on a need-to-know basis. Access to sensitive information is subject to higher levels of restriction. As a client or family member, you can customise your options for levels of access to your information by non client services staff (e.g. marketing communications), and you should contact your Client Relationship Manager for details.

Sharing your information with external parties occurs only within strictest protocols and in line with legislation. Your personal information will not be shared externally without your permission, unless required by law (e.g. matters of child protection).
