We know training

Cerebral Palsy Alliance has a long history of delivering training to its staff and has been a registered training organisation (RTO) since 1999.

The demand from the sector for nationally recognised training and staff induction training has significantly increased and as a result Training Alliance has developed an unrivalled reputation as a training provider of choice.

Under the NDIS, the sector needs to continue to provide strong training foundations and skills for a growing workforce; along with diverse training opportunities for clients and families.

We can help with our nationally recognised training, short courses and flexible delivery options. Training Alliance can also offer support for new managers as they grow in their roles and responsibilities.

Our facilitators are highly qualified, with many years of experience. Their professionalism and passion is evident in their training and they invest in their learners to ensure that after each training session participants are skilled and confident.

Awards and Endorsements

We have won awards for our training programs and many of our courses are endorsed by professional associations.

Training budget solutions

Budget for training and staff backfill costs is a constant pressure on organisations.

Training Alliance understands these pressures. We offer:

  • an understanding of funding opportunities
  • cost effective, high quality online learning options including a library of courses, webinars and online resources
  • blended learning which is a high quality, time and cost effective option, incorporating best practice of face to face training for practical skill development
  • solutions to cut down on administration

Consultancy and customised training

Training Alliance works with you to deliver customised training and consultancy services to meet the specific needs of your staff – at your venue or ours.

Consulting services include learning and development planning, facilitation of training and specialist assessments and consultations.

Online learning

Training Alliance offers interactive learning opportunities for disability support staff, allied health professionals and university students.

An online learning environment allows us to offer dynamic and engaging content, interaction and activities that can be accessed where it suits you.

We understand the needs of our sector and consider the cost and time constraints of a busy and mobile workforce.

We also deliver specific competency based online learning used by universities and for professional development.

Our online learning system can be accessed by individuals as well as organisations who would like to utilise tracking and reporting which can be set specifically for their participants.
